1. Eligibility
This contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Vision Marine Technologies, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period
The contest begins on January 24, 2025 and ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

Provide a valid email address through the designated contest entry form.

By entering, participants agree to receive promotional content related to Vision Marine's products. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Phantom Plastic Boat without a motor, with an MSRP of $14,995 USD. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. All taxes, fees, or additional costs related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted on or about September 5, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the email provided during entry within five (5) business days of the draw date. If the winner does not respond within ten (10) business days, another winner will be selected.

6. Consent and Privacy
By entering the contest, participants consent to:

Receiving Vision Marine Technologies' newsletter and promotional content.
The use of their name and email for purposes related to this contest.
Vision Marine Technologies will not share participants' information with third parties or related businesses.

Participants can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email. Unsubscribing after confirming their subscription will not affect their contest eligibility.

7. Limitations of Liability
Vision Marine Technologies is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Vision Marine Technologies from any liability related to this contest or the use of the prize.

8. Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
